A.M.O.R. - Assistance to Migrants Or Refugees
A.M.O.R. - Asistencia a Migrantes O Refugiados
A.M.O.R. exists to glorify God and bring the love and Gospel of Jesus Christ to young (late teens and twenties) refugee men who came to Spain as unaccompanied minors. Upon turning eighteen years old, these young men age out of the youth protection program and centers where they had lived since arriving. There are so many young immigrants and refugees without any family, resources, and hope, and the Malaga City homeless shelter is eager to refer good candidates to A.M.O.R. Jim and Peggi will be joining the A.M.O.R. team in building trusting relationships with and showing the love of Christ to these young men in word and deed. A.M.O.R. is a holistic ministry that depends on these relationships.
World of Life’s vision is to reach the new generation and multiply disciples in Argentina by partnering with the ministries of the local church. The Pascua's ministry is focused on sharing the Gospel through summer camps, snow camps, school-based camps, community sport activities, and building networks and personal relationships. Additional ways they build the Kingdom is through implementing discipleship efforts in the local churches through programs like Olympians, Bible Clubs, and Young Adults. Juani and Nicole train leaders through ministries like Revive the Fire, Authentic, Local Church Trainings, and Teaching the Word of God in churches all around the country. They strongly believe that God's name will be glorified and servants will be made by sharing the Gospel, pursuing discipleship, and training the church.
Kris and Brittany Cook and their two daughters, Heidi and Mabel, serve overseas in Bordeaux, France. France is culturally, openly hostile to Christianity, so ministering and having conversations about the Gospel can be challenging. One way the Cooks serve in their area is through an urban churchplant called Mosaique in the northside of the city. Below you can view a video with more detail about what life looks like in France and future ministry plans the Cooks are praying and working towards. Recently, the Cooks have acquired a cafe in the heart of their neighborhood (The Ginko) which they plan on using as a place for church gatherings, train, outreach and serve the unhoused and refugees & internationals, & overall community space where people from all walks of life can enjoy.
